We offer multiple payment options for your community association assessment.

To make an online payment, please select an option from the right. Be sure to have your account information available when making a payment. We recommend new users setup an account in the online payment system to create a recurring payment or to save your property and payment information. You may also make one time debit/credit card or eCheck payments. (A fee applies for credit/debit card payments).

Please note that Alliance Association Bank has upgraded their online payment site. If you have an existing account and are setup for recurring payments, your automatic payments will continue to process as before. If you have an existing account but are not setup for recurring payments (e.g.-you only make one-time payments every month), you'll need to re-enter the Management Co. ID, the Association ID, and your Property Account No. once you've logged in. Please call Metropolitan Services at 310-915-9595 ext. 24 for assistance.

Payments must be made 5 days prior to payment being due
to credit your account timely.

Please note the Management Company ID for Metropolitan Property Services is 7327.

If you have a technical issue making an online payment, you can contact Alliance Association Bank at (844) 739-2331. If you need information about your property or current balance, please contact Metropolitan Property Services at 310-915-9595 ext. 24.

Payments must be received by 4:00pm Pacific to begin processing today.
Payments received after 4:00pm Pacific may take up to 4 business days to be completed if the payment date falls on a weekend or Holiday.
In most cases, payments are processed within 1-2 business days.
