We offer multiple payment options for your community association assessment.To make an online payment, please select an option from the right. Be sure to have your account information available when making a payment. We recommend new users setup an account in the online payment system to create a recurring payment or to save your property and payment information. You may also make one time debit/credit card or eCheck payments. (A fee applies for credit/debit card payments).
Please note the Management Company ID for HOA Community Solutions is 6835.
IMPORTANT: Payments are required to be set up in accordancewith the associations established governing documents and/or policies. Payingthe account in full prior to the due date, will not reflect negatively on youraccount, however, delinquent accounts will be subject to fees and/or interest.A board approved payment plan application must be submitted and approved priorto setting up your payments using a different payment frequency. To request apayment plan application, please contact the Association office.
NOTE: Signing up for recurring payments will not automatically opt you out of receiving billing mailings(mailed coupon books, mailed statements, or emailed statements). To opt-out,please email your request to [email protected] and include yourname, association name, and account number.
