To make an online payment, please select an option from the right. You will want to ensure you have your account information available when making a payment. We recommend new users setup an account in the online payment system to create a recurring payment or to save your property and payment information. You may also make one time debit/credit card or eCheck payments. (A fee applies for credit/debit card payments).

Please note that the Management Company ID for Northstar Property Owners Association is 8181.

Please note that the Association ID for Northstar Property Owners Association is NPOA.

Please note that your Property Account Number is the 10 digit number located at the top of the right corner of your billing statement.
