We offer multiple payment options for your master community association payment. The online payment system is one of the various options you can use for a one-time payment to pay your annual assessment in full when due. If you don't want to pay online, you can still choose the option to mail in your check or pay in person. Additionally, for those wanting to pay their annual assessment in monthly installments, the ACH option remains available through signing up with accounting or in member services (if signed up for the monthly ACH already no action is needed).

All details for the annual payment amount can be found in your annual billing notification that is mailed out to you before your annual assessment comes due.

To make a one-time online payment, please select an option from the right. You will want to ensure you have your account information available when making a payment. Please note: the Management Company ID for Sun City Summerlin Community Association is 8205, the Association ID is SCSCAI  and the property account number will be your Sun City Summerlin Member ID (located on your Association activity card and on your annual billing statement).

We recommend new users setup an account in the online payment system to save your property and payment information. While the system does allow you to set up reoccurring payments *, we only accept the one-time payment option to pay because your future annual assessment amount will be subject to change.

* Currently, the ACH option that requires sign up in accounting or at members services, is the only option for paying via monthly installments. If you are already signed up for it, no action is necessary.

If you choose to use the online payment option to pay your annual assessment in full you will have a choice to make the payment using a debit/credit card (fees will be applied - $5 for debit cards and 3% for credit cards, subject to change) or an eCheck payment (no fee, subject to change).
